Now This is Interesting! Not since the first freakout days of Erotica has Madonna been this playfully sexual. That's a good thing, isn't it? In the vitriolic anti-fame rocker Hollywood, the most tuneful song from American Life, Our Madge gleefully plays air guitar and puts her hands all over her body, disowns her movie career and cries her second freakout like a Ciccone baby in Wet Tears-Madonna cries "Everybody comes to Hollywood/They wanna make it in the neighborhood/They like the smell of it in Hollywood/How could it hurt you when it looks so good?"-One of her catchiest tunes ever. Too bad Hollywood was never a hit. However, that was a foregone conclusion. Madonna has realized her cinematic ambition. With W.E. looming amid the Oscar buzz, better times are coming for Madonna. Game over, Madonna wins in Hollywood, this time as a director. Go get 'em Madge!

The Happy Madonna-Into the Groove is an interesting slice-of-life Heartland Rock cinema verite that is about Art, Music, Dance and Fun-Something that Madonna has in abundance. She Loves This Song because it's about the Happier aspects of Her Life. Into the Groove is Timeless Art on the Confessional and Spiritual Dance Floor. May Madonna Never Lose Her Innocence.

The Sad Madonna-Bedtime Stories initiated Madonna's motherhood/Kabbalah period that clamaxed with the brooding techno Folk Rock of American Life. Sanctuary is a gem of a tune with Madge Crying "Who Needs the Sun when the Rain's So Full of Life?...Who Needs a Smile when a Tear's So Full of Love?"-grieving for acceptance, Madonna Cries from Her Heart and Soul Within and Concludes that we are just part of a Better plan-God Finds her but Madonna is Endearingly Human-That's the grace and beauty in her Sancuary of Love and Life.

In which Detroit gets a Nashville makeover and it works brilliantly. With Country artwork Don't Tell Me, we find Madonna stating her sense of purpose-and singing warmer that she ever has before-or since. It's an anthem for her. Don't Tell Me's message-Never Count Madonna Out!
